The Board of Business Department in Administration and Economic Collage discussed a higher diploma research entitled ” Higher Diploma Research in Business Department “ Determining the manifestations of organizational silence in the Northern Technical University An exploratory Study of the opinions of a sample of employees “The study, which was presented by “esraa tawfeq ebrahem” the study aimed to determine the manifestations of organizatzational
silence
represented by its dimensions (support for senior management, lack of
experience, fear of social isolation, work-related fears, fear of negative
reactions) at the Northern Technical University from the point of view of its
employees. The problem of the study was framed around a basic intellectual
question That is, what is the reality of the individuals surveyed’s feeling of
organizational silence in terms of its dimensions in the field investigated, and in
order to answer this question, several main and subsidiary hypotheses were
