The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Servant leadership and its impact on organizational creativity: An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Nineveh Health Department”
\nPart of it was attended by the assistants of the Dean for Scientific and Administrative Affairs.
\nThe current study presented by the student “Jaafar Khano Baba Hussein” in the Department of Business Administration seeks to shed light on a positive leadership style represented by servant leadership that cares about workers and helps them grow, succeed and empower them, as well as treat them ethically and fairly in order to enhance the spirit of creativity among workers and thus improve health services, making them more in line with the organization, its goals and its general policy.
\nThe study reached conclusions, most notably: The results of the statistical analysis revealed a positive and moral impact relationship for servant leadership in organizational creativity. It cares about the requirements of employees and helps them grow and succeed, as well as caring for and serving them and helps them participate in submitting their proposals when making important decisions, the more effective the servant leadership in the Nineveh Health Department, the more creativity of the organization studied.
\nThe discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Abdul Salam Ali Al-Nouri from the University of Anbar, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Mawjoud Al-Ani and Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Yassin Hassan, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jassim.<\/p>\n
