The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Empowering Workers in Reducing Job Withdrawal: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Individuals Working in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate”.
\nThe discussion was honored by the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.<\/p>\n

The current study presented by the student “Bashar Nabil Hamdoun” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to identify the role of empowering workers in reducing job withdrawal in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, as the empowerment of workers is an independent variable and its dimensions comply with self-efficacy, freedom of choice, meaning and influence.
\nThe study reached conclusions, most notably: the availability of the four dimensions of empowerment of workers (freedom of choice ‘self-efficacy, influence, meaning) in the organization under study, which works to reduce job withdrawal in its two dimensions (psychological withdrawal and physical withdrawal).
\nThe discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Nawal Younis Mohamed Ahmed from the Northern Technical University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari.<\/p>\n
