2023 &#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master&#8217;s thesis tagged &#8220;The impact of quality of work life in promoting organizational creativity: an exploratory study at the University of Tal Afar&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe current study presented by the student &#8220;Amin Hussein Amin&#8221; in the Department of Business Administration aimed to reveal the impact of the quality of work life in terms of its dimensions (appropriate working conditions, fair wages and rewards, empowerment of workers in decision-making, job safety and stability, and work-life balance) in enhancing organizational creativity in terms of its dimensions (fluency, originality, flexibility, and sensitivity to problems) at Tal Afar University, in order to provide an appropriate working life through which workers feel comfortable and reassured.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the quality of work life and organizational creativity in the researched organization, and the results of the study showed that the dimensions of the two study variables are available in the researched organization.<br \/>\nThe discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Maysar Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Jubouri, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Muhammad Khader from the University of Kirkuk, and Assistant
