The Faculty Council met in its second session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and in the presence of the Dean’s assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and the heads of scientific departments, and after welcoming the attendees by the Dean of the Faculty, the meeting dealt with the following topics:<\/p>\n

1- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to commit to working hours for the faculty teachers and employees and to follow up on students’ lectures for the academic year 2024-2025 and for both morning and evening studies.
\n2- The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to focus on holding conferences, seminars and scientific workshops, which enhances the college’s scientific activity.
\n3- The Dean of the Faculty directed the heads of scientific departments to motivate teachers to publish in local, regional and international journals, especially publishing in magazines within Scopus containers.
\nFinally, the Council dealt with what was stated in its agenda and took the necessary decisions and recommendations thereon.<\/p>\n
