The College of Administration and Economics Council held its twelfth session on Sunday, January 19, 2025, headed by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and attended by the Dean’s Assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and Heads of Scientific Departments.<\/p>\n

The meeting began with a welcoming speech from the Dean of the College to the attendees, and then the Council discussed the following topics:<\/p>\n

1. The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to follow up on the results of the first course exams for undergraduate students\u2026
\n2. The Dean of the College directed the heads of scientific departments to follow up on the students and raise their educational level in the second course for students of the second, third and fourth primary stages, according to the announced study schedules.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Motivating lecturers to publish scientific research in international scientific journals…
\nThe Dean of the College stressed the need to encourage lecturers in scientific departments to publish their scientific research in local and international journals, especially those classified within the “Scopus” containers, which contributes to enhancing the scientific performance of the college and supporting its position and the position of the university in international classifications.<\/p>\n

The Council concluded its session by discussing the most important items on the agenda, and taking appropriate decisions and recommendations to achieve the goals of the college and support its academic progress.<\/p>\n
