Prof. Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative was part of the principle of \u201cperforming tasks from the lowest administrative level,\u201d where the Dean directly engaged with graduating students, visitors, and staff members, closely monitoring the process of completing daily transactions.
