The Department of Marketing at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Thursday, September 11, 2025, in the Business Administration Department\u2019s discussion hall, the master\u2019s thesis entitled:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Impact of Magnetic Marketing Tools on Customer Happiness: An Analytical Study of Customer Opinions in a Sample of Shopping Centers in Mosul City,\u201d submitted by Amina Idris Fadel Al-Obaidi from the Department of Marketing.<\/p>\n

The study aimed to analyze the effect of magnetic marketing tools on customer happiness by surveying the opinions of a sample of shoppers in several shopping centers in Mosul. It focused on five main tools: engaging content, social media, promotional offers, public relations, and guarantees.<\/p>\n

The results revealed a variation in the level of usage of magnetic marketing tools among shopping centers. Moreover, these tools play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing their level of happiness.<\/p>\n
