The Discussion Hall No. (1) at the Department of Business Administration \u2013 College of Administration and Economics \/ University of Mosul, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, witnessed the defense of the master\u2019s thesis submitted by the student Haider Adel Fahim Hatim, entitled: \u201cThe Role of Innovation Leadership in Enhancing Strategic Performance: An Analytical Study in Al-Ittihad Company for Food Industries in Babylon.\u201d<\/p>\n

The study aimed to analyze the role of innovation leadership, through its dimensions (structure, incentives, culture, partnership, and failure avoidance), as an independent variable in enhancing the strategic performance of companies, represented by its dimensions (customer perspective, internal processes, learning and growth).<\/p>\n

The study reached essential findings, most notably: a statistically significant relationship exists between the dimensions of innovation leadership and those of strategic performance. It demonstrated that companies adopting effective innovation leadership are more capable of improving their strategic performance by flexibly responding to challenges and achieving objectives with higher efficiency.<\/p>\n
