The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, held a discussion for the Master\u2019s thesis titled \u201cKnowledge Management Practices and Their Role in Enhancing High Performance\u201d on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (2).<\/p>\n

The thesis was submitted by the student Hamid Hamad Ahmed from the Department of Industrial Management. The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management practices on enhancing high performance by analyzing the relationship between the dimensions of the two variables and testing the strength of correlation and influence between them.<\/p>\n

The study reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a statistically significant correlation and effect\u2014both overall and partial\u2014of knowledge management practices on enhancing high performance within the industrial work environment.<\/p>\n

The examination committee consisted of: Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen \u2013 College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul as a chairman, Asst. Prof. Dr. Bassam Muneeb Ali \u2013 College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul as a member, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rabee Ali Zakar \u2013 College of Administration and Economics, University of Al-Hamdaniya as a member and Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Sattar Al-Hafiz \u2013 College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul as a member and supervisor.<\/p>\n
