The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics \u2013 University of Mosul discussed the Higher Diploma thesis titled: \u201cChallenges Facing the Improvement of Hotel Service Quality in the City of Mosul,\u201d in the Management Information Systems hall.<\/p>\n

The thesis, presented by Zafar Raed Abduljabbar Ahmed, aimed to analyze the key challenges that hinder the improvement of hotel service quality in Mosul, in addition to identifying the current state of hotels and their level of readiness in light of the environmental and economic conditions the city is undergoing.<\/p>\n

The study reached several conclusions, the most significant of which was:
\nthat security and political challenges ranked first in terms of their impact on hotel service quality, followed by fluctuating demand and rising prices. Meanwhile, participants\u2019 opinions indicated that weak operational standards no longer represent a fundamental issue compared with the remaining challenges.<\/p>\n

The examination committee consisted of: Asst. Prof. Dr. Adel Mohammed Abdullah as a chair, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Talal Ahmed as a member, Asst. Prof. Dr. Amal Sarhan Suleiman as a member and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohammed as a member and supervisor.<\/p>\n
