The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, conducted on Thursday morning, 22 January 2026 an on-site inspection tour covering several facilities of the college, accompanied by the Head of the Administrative Services Division.
\nThe tour included the College Deanship Building, where the Dean reviewed on the ground the rates of completion, implementation mechanisms, and the level of ongoing work. He emphasized the importance of adhering to standards of quality and precision in performance, in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions.
\nThe tour also involved a follow-up inspection of the academic departments\u2019 buildings to ensure the readiness of lecture halls, particularly with regard to the installation of display screens for lectures, which cover all lecture halls for undergraduate and postgraduate studies across all academic departments. In addition, the inspection included verifying the safety of student seating and air-conditioning units, in order to provide a suitable educational environment, as well as reviewing the condition of faculty members\u2019 offices and all facilities requiring rehabilitation or development.
\nThe inspection further included a comprehensive rehabilitation of the offices allocated to the College Journal Unit (Tanmiat Al-Rafidain Journal), in support of scientific and research activities and to enhance a suitable working environment for the journal.
\nThis tour aims to strengthen the readiness of university buildings and to prepare lecture halls and various facilities, contributing to the provision of an appropriate environment for work and study, and to improving the level of services offered to students, faculty members, and staff.
\nDuring the tour, the Dean stressed the necessity of continuous follow-up and direct supervision, and the immediate handling of any technical or service-related observations, in a manner that ensures the advancement of the college\u2019s service and institutional reality, and reflects the Deanship\u2019s commitment to providing an organized, safe, and well-prepared university environment.
