The College of Administration and Economics \/ Department of Business Administration at the University of Mosul witnessed, on Thursday, 12 February 2026, the discussion of the Higher Diploma thesis entitled: \u201cThe Role of Virtuous Leadership in Enhancing Job Engagement: An Analytical Study of the Views of a Sample of Employees at the College of Administration and Economics,\u201d
\nsubmitted by the student Mohammed Idris Mohammed Al-Hayali, in Discussion Hall No. (1).
\nThe study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship and impact between the study variables at both the overall and partial levels within the organization under study, interpret their directions, and reflect the level of morale within the work environment.
\nThe study reached a set of results consistent with its questions, objectives, and core philosophy, confirming the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the independent variable (virtuous leadership) and the dependent variable (job engagement). This highlights the importance of adopting virtuous leadership styles that contribute to raising employees\u2019 level of involvement and strengthening their attachment to their jobs.
