It also sought to clarify the nature of the relationship between the study variables and their impact on improving the work environment and enhancing institutional efficiency.<br \/>\nThe study concluded with several findings, most notably the existence of a significant effect of organizational vitality in reducing organizational obesity, which contributes to strengthening institutional performance and increasing organizational effectiveness.<br \/>\nThe examination committee consisted of:<br \/>\nAssistant Professor Dr. Manal Abduljabbar Al-Sammak \u2013 College of Administration Lecturer Dr. Shaimaa Mohammed Saleh \u2013 College of Administration and Economics \/ University of Mosul as a member,\u00a0 Lecturer Dr. Saja Natheer Hameed \u2013 College of Administration and
