The thesis, entitled:<br \/>\n\u201cOrganizational Resilience and Its Reflection on Sustainable Talent Management: The Mediating Role of Leaders\u2019 Personal Variables \u2013 An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Mosul Education Directorate,\u201d<br \/>\nwas presented by Amira Hameed Saleh Al-Akeedi.<br \/>\nThe study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between the independent variable and its dimensions (organizational resilience), the mediating variable and its dimensions (leaders\u2019 personal variables), and the dependent variable and its dimensions (sustainable talent management). The research sought to clarify how these variables interact within the organizational environment.<br \/>\nThe most prominent findings of the study include:<br \/>\nThe existence of a strong and statistically significant correlation among the study variables.<br \/>\nA significant effect of organizational resilience on sustainable talent management through the mediating role of leaders\u2019 personal variables.<br \/>\nThe examination committee consisted of:<br \/>\nAssistant Professor Dr. Alaa Abdulmawjood Al-Ani \u2013 College of Administration and Economics \/ University of Mosul as a chair,<br \/>\nAssistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdulqader Mohammed \u2013 College of Administration and Economics \/ Al\u2011Hamdaniya University as a member,<br \/>\nAssistant Professor Dr. Adhwaa Kamal Hussein Al-Jarrah \u2013 College of Administration and Economics \/ University of Mosul as a member and<br \/>\nProfessor Dr. Mayson Abdullah Ahmed \u2013 College of Administration and Economics
