The University of Mosul \/ College of Administration and Economics \u2013 Department of Industrial Management witnessed, on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, in Discussion Hall No. (1), the defense of a Higher Diploma thesis in Quality Management entitled:
\n\u201cThe Use of Renewable Energy and Its Impact on Enhancing Customers\u2019 Perceived Quality.\u201d
\nThe thesis was presented by the student Sarah Khalid Awad Al-Issawi.
\nThe study aimed to analyze the relationship between the components of renewable energy implementation and their role in providing directions that contribute to improving the efficiency and performance of operational processes, as well as enhancing customers\u2019 perceived quality. It also sought to provide practical strategic recommendations and proposals for integrating renewable energy within organizations. Furthermore, the research explored the extent to which customers are aware of energy practices adopted by organizations and proposed appropriate solutions and treatments in light of the study\u2019s findings.
\nThe study reached several key conclusions, most notably:
\nThe importance of strategic orientation and investment in renewable energy infrastructure, which contributes to improving the quality of services provided to customers.
\nThe necessity of prioritizing planning and supportive legal and procedural policies to adopt renewable energy and address the financial challenges associated with it.
\nTraining, capacity building, strengthening energy security, and diversifying energy sources contribute to improving the efficiency of the electrical network, achieving economic sustainability, and enhancing the customer experience.
\nThe importance of spreading a culture of rational energy consumption to support resource sustainability and improve service quality.
\nThe examination committee consisted of:
