\nThe study aimed to explore the pivotal role of wise leadership in enhancing sustainable organizational performance within industrial companies, with a particular focus on the mediating role of green information technology practices.
\nThe key findings of the study highlighted:
\nDecision-makers play a fundamental role in guiding employees\u2019 behavior toward adopting green IT principles.
\nAdopting clear policies and allocating resources to energy-efficient technologies significantly enhance sustainable performance.
\nTraining employees and encouraging environmental innovation help establish a long-term sustainability-oriented organizational culture.
