The dissertation was entitled:<br \/>\n\u201cThe Role of Organizational Aesthetics in Enhancing the Dimensions of the Lovemark Organization: The Moderating Role of Work Engagement \u2013 A Survey Study of Employees\u2019 Opinions at Al-Noor University\u201d<br \/>\nThe dissertation was presented by the student: Rahma Abdullah Mahmoud Ibrahim.<br \/>\nThe study aimed to identify the role of organizational aesthetics through its dimensions (workplace aesthetics, service aesthetics, and training aesthetics) in enhancing the dimensions of the lovemark organization. It also examined the moderating role of work engagement with its dimensions (self-discipline, extra effort, and perseverance at work). The study was conducted within the context of the private higher education sector in Iraq.<br \/>\nKey findings of the study include:<br \/>\nThere are significant positive correlation and impact relationships between organizational aesthetics and the lovemark organization.<br \/>\nThe interactive (moderating) role of work engagement in strengthening this relationship is statistically significant.<br \/>\nA set of recommendations was proposed to support the adoption of these concepts in educational work environments.<br \/>\nThe examination committee consisted of:<br \/>\nProf. Dr. Yazan Salem Mohammed Al-Janabi \u2013 College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala as a chair,\u00a0 Asst.
