The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul \u2013 Department of Industrial Management hosted a PhD thesis defense on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in Discussion Hall No. 1. The thesis is titled:
\n“The Mediating Role of Total Quality Management Practices in the Relationship Between Green Transformational Leadership and Sustainable Manufacturing \/ A Field Study at Babylon Battery Factory \/ General Company for Automotive and Equipment Industry.”
\nThe thesis was presented by: Mohammad Munib Mahmoud Al-Dabbagh.
\nThe study aimed to test the mediating role of Total Quality Management practices in the relationship between green transformational leadership and sustainable manufacturing in the factory under study.
\nThe main findings of the study include:
\nThere is a significant relationship and effect of the mediating role of Total Quality Management practices.
\nThese practices contribute to strengthening the relationship between green transformational leadership and sustainable manufacturing.
\nThe results support adopting Total Quality Management practices as an effective tool for achieving industrial sustainability.
\nThe thesis defense committee consisted of:
