The Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday, June 29, 2026, the Master’s thesis entitled: “The Role of Financial Innovations in Rationalizing Investment Decisions for Digital Currency Traders in Forex Markets,” submitted by the student Safaa Saeed Mohammed Al-Zibari, in Discussion Hall No. (2).<\/p>\n

\u200bThe study aimed to shed light on the role of financial innovations, particularly electronic trading platforms, in rationalizing the investment decisions of digital currency traders. This was achieved by demonstrating the nature of modern trading tools, electronic market orders, and the mechanisms of employing technical analysis techniques to determine the appropriate timing for market entry and exit, as well as interpreting the results of these techniques and harnessing them to make rational investment decisions.<\/p>\n

\u200bThe study reached a set of important results, most notable of which was that financial innovations contribute to reducing the impact of traders’ behavioral factors and enhancing the efficiency of investment decisions. Furthermore, training on technical analysis techniques helps predict market trends and improve trading decisions. The study also confirmed the effectiveness of the MetaTrader 5 platform in facilitating the use of technical analysis tools and determining appropriate entry and exit points, thereby contributing to maximizing profits and minimizing losses, in addition to proving the existence of statistically significant impact relationships between financial innovations and the rationalization of investment decisions.<\/p>\n
