The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday, August 17, 2026, a master\u2019s thesis titled “The Role of Green Operations in Enhancing Customer Satisfaction,” submitted by the student Ayat Basil Saleh Al-Farha, in Discussion Hall No. (1).<\/p>\n

\u200bThe study aimed to analyze the role of green operations in enhancing customer satisfaction through an applied study at the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries \/ Waladi Garments Factory, and to demonstrate the impact of adopting eco-friendly practices on improving performance and enhancing the value provided to customers.<\/p>\n

\u200bThe results showed that adopting green operations contributes to improving the factory’s brand image among customers and stakeholders, and enhances its ability to provide added-value products and services of higher quality. This positively reflects on customer satisfaction levels and supports the organization’s competitiveness and performance sustainability.<\/p>\n
