The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Thursday, August 27, 2026, a master’s thesis entitled “The Role of Inclusive Leadership in Reducing Organizational Inertia: A Field Study in Mosul Municipality Directorate,” presented by student Hisham Akram Ahmed Shareef Al-Hamdani, in the Department of Business Administration Discussion Hall.<\/p>\n

\u200bThe study aimed to identify the role played by inclusive leadership in its dimensions\u2014openness, accessibility, and availability\u2014as an independent variable, in reducing manifestations of organizational inertia across its dimensions: insight inertia, action inertia, and psychological inertia, through a field study conducted in Mosul Municipality Directorate.<\/p>\n

\u200bThe results of the study revealed inverse correlation and impact relationships between inclusive leadership and organizational inertia, confirming that enhancing inclusive leadership practices contributes to reducing manifestations of organizational inertia and supports building a more flexible work environment capable of adapting to organizational changes.<\/p>\n
