The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Sunday, August 30, 2026, a Master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Participative Leadership on Organizational Silence: The Mediating Role of Psychological Hardiness \u2013 An Analytical Study,” submitted by the student Wael Waleed Yalda Abboush Mattooka, in Discussion Hall No. (2).<\/p>\n

\u200bThe study aimed to uncover the mediating role of psychological hardiness in the relationship between participative leadership and organizational silence in the researched field, as well as to provide a set of scientific and practical recommendations based on the findings, thereby contributing to enhancing the work environment and improving organizational performance.<\/p>\n

\u200bThe findings revealed a significant impact of participative leadership in reducing organizational silence through the mediating role played by psychological hardiness across both the main variables and their sub-dimensions, highlighting the importance of adopting participative leadership styles and developing psychological hardiness among employees to enhance organizational communication and institutional performance.<\/p>\n
