On Saturday, November 9, 2025, a research team from the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Researches at the University of Mosul began the harvest of Sorghum and sweet corn crops. The work was carried out under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Maen Mohammed Saleh, Dr. Islam Abdul Sattar Asmeer, and Asst.
