\u00a0The research staff at the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research has commenced weed control operations in the research fields included in the current year\u2019s research plan. The activities started on Sunday, February 15, 2026, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Ammar Habib Mahmoud, with the participation of several agricultural engineers working at the center.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0 This activity comes within ongoing scientific efforts aimed at preparing a suitable agricultural environment for research experiments, contributing to improved crop growth and reducing the impact of weeds on field study results, in addition to enhancing the efficiency of agricultural resource management within the research fields.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0 The activity also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 2: Zero Hunger, by supporting agricultural research that enhances productivity and food security, and Goal 15: Life on Land, through the sustainable management of agricultural lands and the conservation of soil fertility and natural resources.<\/h3>\n
