\u00a0 Under the patronage of Waheed Mahmoud Al\u2011Ibrahimi, President of University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Subhi Mustafa Al-Taweel, Director of the Center for Arid Farming and Conservation Agriculture Research , the Center organized\u2014 in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning \/ Sustainable Development Unit at the University Presidency\u2014 a three-day training course entitled \u201cScientific Research Writing Methods.\u201d<\/strong> The course was held from March 10 to March 12, 2026.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0 The lectures were delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Awad Hussein and Dr. Adnan Abdul Ahmed, researchers at the Center. The course introduced the fundamentals of scientific research writing, which is considered one of the most important skills required by researchers in various fields of knowledge. It highlighted how scientific writing contributes to presenting ideas and results in a systematic manner based on evidence and scientific analysis, through clear and organized steps for studying scientific problems and answering research questions.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0 The training course aimed to familiarize participants with the basic steps and proper methods for preparing scientific research in a systematic way, starting from selecting the research topic and defining the research problem, through collecting information from reliable sources and analyzing it, and ending with presenting results accurately in a scientific format. The course also focused on developing scientific thinking skills among researchers and introducing proper methods of citing references and sources to maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism, thereby contributing to the production of rigorous scientific research that advances knowledge and provides solutions to various societal challenges.<\/h3>\n
