\u00a0\u00a0 The Center organized a training course entitled “Combating Administrative and Financial Corruption” on Monday, May 4, 2026, which will continue for two days. The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Abdulkhaleq Mutlaq Saleh, from the College of Law, University of Mosul.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 The course addressed the issue of administrative and financial corruption, which is one of the most prominent challenges facing countries and institutions due to its direct impact on economic development, social stability, and citizens’ trust in government agencies. This type of corruption is manifested in the abuse of power or position for personal gain, whether through bribery, embezzlement, nepotism, or manipulation of public resources.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 The course aims to define the concepts of combating administrative and financial corruption in order to build an institutional environment based on integrity and transparency, and to raise awareness of the risks of corruption and its negative effects on development and stability.<\/h3>\n
