\nThe thesis aims to study the evaluation of 10 pure strains of yellow corn, in addition to the commercial variety, at different planting dates and estimate the genetic action and the effects of general and specific abilities on the union of the pure strains and their hybrids, as well as estimate the components of phenotypic variation and partition the genetic variation into its components (additive and dominant).
