Today, Sunday, May 26, 2024, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi (President of the University of Mosul) and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College), the Deanship of Agriculture and Forestry, in cooperation with the Parks and Forests Division of the Municipality of Mosul was participated in an extensive afforestation campaign in the tourist forest area. During afforestation, a large number of trees were planted to increase the area of green spaces. Prof. Dr. Muzahim Saeed Younis (Head of the Department of Forest Sciences in our college), Prof. Faisal Zayan Muhammad (Director of the Parks and Forests Division), and several employees of our college and the University of Mosul participated in the afforestation campaign.<\/p>\n
