A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Food Sciences\/ College of Agriculture and Forestry \/ University of Mosul for the student (Qabas Kanaan Abdullah Muhammad) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. The thesis title was (collecting a variety of local and imported canned meats and conducting some microbial, chemical, and molecular tests to evaluate the quality of canned meat). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yunus Al-Alaaf (Dean of the College) and several college lecturers attended part of the discussion.
