The unit of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance held a workshop entitled “Combating Social Stigma: Psychological Support for Drug Rehabilitation Patients.” The workshop was delivered by Prof. Nada Fattah Al-Abaji, a lecturer in the College of Education for Human Sciences\/ Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in the Dr. Bahnam Abu Al-Souf Hall. The workshop aimed to shed light on the problem of social stigma experienced by recovering drug addicts and its negative effects on their integration into society. It also proposed mechanisms to address this phenomenon and enhance community awareness, with concerted efforts from official institutions and civil society to change this perception. The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Yasser Jaber, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, and a number of college professors and staff.<\/h3>\n
