As part of the scientific activities of the Department of Ancient Iraqi Languages \u200b\u200bfor the academic year 2025-2026, a seminar entitled \u201cRulers of the cities of Girsu and Lagash in the Third Dynasty of Ur\u201d was held on Tuesday, December 25, 2025. This was a joint research paper presented by Mr. Khalid Salem Ismail and Master’s student Anwar Salah Ibrahim. The seminar included an explanation of the names of the rulers and their periods of rule during the reigns of the kings of the Third Dynasty of Ur. At the end of the seminar, the floor was opened for discussion and questions.<\/h3>\n
