It included an exhibition to train students on cuneiform texts. The workshop addressed the sustainability of cuneiform writing, noting that its use extended beyond Mesopotamia. It was used to write languages \u200b\u200bother than Akkadian, including Elamite in Persia and Hittite in Anatolia, as well as Ugaritic and its alphabetic script on the island of Ugarit in Syria.
