This visit stemmed from the College&#8217;s commitment to enhancing the practical aspect of its students&#8217; training and linking educational outcomes to the demands of the labor market. The Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs emphasized the importance of summer training as a fundamental stage in preparing and qualifying students to acquire practical experience that complements their academic knowledge. It also contributes to building a network of professional relationships, thus increasing their chances of securing future jobs and providing them with practical experience that enhances their readiness after graduation.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">The aim of summer training is to enable students to apply what they have learned in the classroom in real work environments, develop their scientific and personal skills, enhance their ability to commit, be disciplined, and work within a team, as well as introduce them to the culture of institutions and their work mechanisms.
