The Department of Information and Knowledge Technologies\/college of Arts at the University of Mosul discussed a master\u2019s thesis entitled Technical Challenges in E Government Application among employees of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh<\/p>\n

On Monday, September 23,2024 at Ibn Al Atheer Hall, attended by a number of college lecturers and graduate students.
\nThe study submitted by (Faten Abdul-Ghani Ali Al-Hussaini) in the Department of Information and Knowledge Technologies addressed the technical challenges in applying e-government in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh, among employees working in the field of technology in the directorate.
\nThe study aimed to identify the concept of e-government, its origins and requirements, as well as to identify the infrastructure of technologies from devices and networks.
\nThe study relied on the case study approach as well as the descriptive analytical approach, a questionnaire and an interview were used as a tool for data collection.
\nThe discussion committee was chaired by:
