Under the slogan “Knowledge is Honor and Elevation for the Nation”
\nand on the occasion of Iraqi Academic Day,
\nthe Iraqi Academics Syndicate honored Professor Dr. Yasser Younis Abdulwahid, a faculty member in the Department of Translation. He was nominated by the department for having multiple research papers published in international Scopus-indexed journals.<\/p>\n

The honoring took place during a ceremony hosted by Al-Noor University on May 10, 2025, in the presence of the Head of the Parliamentary Education Committee, Professor Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayat, and the Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, Professor Dr. Ali Maseer Yassin, along with a number of university presidents and members of academic and research institutions.<\/p>\n
