<strong>Sunday, June 22, 2025<\/strong>, the Translation Department at the College of Arts convened to discuss a Master&#8217;s thesis titled &#8220;<strong>The Impact of Simplification on Information Density in English-Arabic Consecutive Interpreting<\/strong>.&#8221; The discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahad Al-Tai, the Head of the Department, Dr. Hala Khalid Najm, and several faculty members.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:191\">The thesis, submitted by student Mohammed Abdul Razzaq Daoud Sulaiman, aimed to test and evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of simplification strategies employed by translation students.<\/p>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:26\">Examination Committee:<\/h3>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-14:115\">\n<li
