Professor Dr. Harith Ali Al-Ubaidi<\/b>, a lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the College of Arts, University of Mosul, participated in the Second Peer-Reviewed International Scientific Conference<\/b>. The conference took place in Istanbul, Turkey, from July 1 to 3, 2025<\/b>, under the title: “Cultural Studies and Research: Between the Constant and the Changing.”<\/b><\/p>\n

The conference was organized by the Department of Social Sciences at Istanbul Aydin University, in collaboration with the Laboratory of Cultural, Linguistic, and Literary Heritage at Ghardaia University in Algeria, and the International Systems for Education Foundation in the USA.<\/p>\n

The event saw broad attendance from researchers and specialists in various fields of humanities and social sciences from Arab and foreign countries. Scientific papers addressing cultural transformations in light of current global changes were presented and discussed.<\/p>\n
