Dr. Mohammed Iqbal Al-Saidalani, Advisor to the Prime Minister, visited the College of Arts at the University of Mosul. He was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Al-Tai, and several faculty members.<\/p>\n

During the visit, discussions focused on various academic issues, the enhancement of the educational process, challenges facing university institutions, and methods to bolster the research environment at the university.<\/p>\n

Dr. Al-Saidalani also attended part of a PhD thesis defense in the History Department, titled “Trends in Andalusian Studies in Spanish Orientalism<\/b>.” He commended the topic’s significance and its role in deepening academic understanding of cultural and civilizational relations between East and West.<\/p>\n

This visit underscores the commitment to fostering communication between academic expertise and decision-makers to advance the educational and research landscape in Iraq.<\/p>\n
