The Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Al-Tai, honored Dr. Shaiban Adeeb Ramadan, head of the Studies and Planning Division, and Mr. Raafat Rajab Fathi, head of the college’s library. This was done to mark the end of their administrative assignments and to acknowledge the sincere efforts they made during their tenure, as well as their contributions to supporting the college’s academic and administrative progress.<\/p>\n
