The Department of Philosophy at the College of Arts, under the supervision of the Dean, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hano Al-Taie, organized a special awareness activity to mark World Psychological Guidance Day. The aim was to promote awareness regarding the importance of psychological guidance and its vital role in supporting students’ mental health.<\/p>\n

The activity included the distribution of informational and awareness posters defining the concept and functions of psychological guidance. Furthermore, the Department’s Guidance Committee held a meeting with students from all academic levels, featuring an awareness lecture that introduced the Psychological Guidance Unit, its duties, and the Committee’s role in following up on students’ psychological, social, and academic matters.<\/p>\n

The event witnessed positive engagement from the students, evidenced by constructive interventions and discussions that reflected their understanding of the significance of this support aspect in university life.<\/p>\n
