In implementation of the directives of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and as part of the “Ghiras Al-Rahma” (Planting Mercy) initiative launched by the University Presidency, the green efforts continued at the College of Arts.<\/p>\n

Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hanno, the Volunteer Work Unit, in cooperation with the Agricultural Division and the Media and Government Communication Division at the University Presidency, carried out a tree-planting campaign. The goal is to expand the green space, enhance the aesthetic appeal of the campus, and support a sustainable environment.<\/p>\n

The initiative witnessed broad participation from the College’s instructors and students from the volunteer team, who helped plant a number of seedlings throughout the College’s grounds in an atmosphere that embodied the spirit of cooperation, belonging, and social responsibility.<\/p>\n

This step is part of the University of Mosul’s vision to build a sustainable green university that promotes the values of volunteerism and contributes to spreading a culture of environmental preservation, making it an integral part of daily campus behavior.<\/p>\n
