Dr. Zain Al-Abidin delivered an in-depth technical and administrative demonstration of the portal\u2019s features. During his presentation, he emphasized the critical role of modern electronic systems in optimizing scientific journal management and elevating the global standards of academic publishing.<\/p>\n<p
