About the Department of Science
\nThe Department of General Sciences was established in 1993 to prepare graduates with a bachelor’s degree to teach at the basic education level (elementary and intermediate) (university teachers). This stage is very important due to its psychological and cognitive aspects in establishing and maintaining positive foundations and establishing a knowledge base of information for the student to help him develop in all fields and enable him to communicate with the developments in educational methods and curricula and the diversity of teaching methods. The duration of study in the Department of Science is four years. Certificates awarded: Bachelor of Education in Chemistry, Bachelor of Education in Biology, Bachelor of Education in Physics. Number of faculty members: (47) permanent staff, including (17) faculty members with doctorates and (32) faculty members with master’s degrees.<\/p>\n
