Vision<\/strong>: To activate students’ historical knowledge and create a comprehensive historical image that can be disseminated throughout society. Develop historical thought in accordance with a critical approach based on nurturing a critical mind among the department’s students.<\/p>\n

Mission<\/strong>: To develop intellectual capabilities among History Department students that enable them to acquire historical knowledge, ideas, and texts. This cognitive acquisition should be accompanied by the development of a sense of historical criticism based on an induction of historical facts across its various temporal periods.<\/p>\n

Objectives<\/strong>:
\n– To prepare history teachers and instructors in primary education.
\n– To prepare a select group of outstanding history students from the department to complete their graduate studies.
\n– To train history teachers and instructors in practical application through frequent visits to historical landmarks and their significance.
\n– To prepare research and studies related to ancient, Islamic, modern, and contemporary history, enhancing the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0relevant literature.
