To achieve this objective, the researcher developed a scale to measure adaptive leadership and adapted an administrative development scale, which were then administered to a sample of 215 faculty members.<\/p>\n<p>The study reached the following conclusions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Two scientifically validated instruments were developed: one to measure adaptive leadership and the other to assess administrative development. Both reached their final forms and were deemed suitable for application in the academic environment of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>The Physical Education and Sports Science departments and branches in Nineveh Governorate demonstrated a high level of administrative development from the perspective of their faculty members.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptive leadership, across its various dimensions, was found to play a positive and significant role in achieving administrative development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The examination committee was chaired by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Raad Ibrahim and included Assist. Prof. Dr. Yasser Bazil Mohammed, Assist. Prof. Dr. Hassan Khudhur Mohammed, and Assist.
