It also sought to identify differences in the values of certain biokinematic variables and the performance level of basketball jump shots.<\/p>\n<p>The study reached several findings, most notably that the results demonstrated a clear statistically significant improvement in the biokinematic variables among the experimental group between the pre- and post-tests.
