It also aimed to develop a training program using SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) exercises, incorporating physical and movement-based exercises related to the actual performance requirements of the game. In addition, the study sought to identify the statistical significance of differences and compare the pre- and post-test results of the experimental and control groups.<\/p>\n<p>The study reached several findings, most notably that there were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests of the experimental group across all physical and skill-related variables under investigation, in favor of the post-test.<\/p>\n<p>The experimental group also outperformed the control group in most of the physical and skill-related variables.
