The study demonstrated that Arabic words and names were not coined arbitrarily by the Arabs; rather, each name was given based on a particular rationale. The study of the rationale behind naming is considered an important area of linguistic research, as it highlights the extent of the relationship between a word and its meaning and examines the connection between them. Understanding the rationale behind naming also contributes significantly to clarifying the relationship between the derivatives of a word and their meanings.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion committee consisted of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prof. Dr. Saad Mohammed Ahmed \u2014 Chair<\/li>\n<li>Prof. Dr. Hadeel Abdul-Halim Dawood \u2014 Member<\/li>\n<li>Asst.
