It also examined the relations between the Mamluk Sultanate and the surrounding political powers, while investigating al-\u2018Ayni\u2019s methodology in presenting historical events and the sources of his accounts, and comparing them with information found in other historical sources.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion committee consisted of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prof. Dr. Raed Amir Abdullah \u2014 Chair<\/li>\n<li>Asst.
